Terms And Conditions
HOW TO ORDER
Orders placed via our online shop are submitted as offers to purchase and will not be accepted by ourselves until confirmed by us in the form of an invoice. The confirmation email is an acknowledgement that you have submitted an order and allows you to check that you have entered all the information correctly. We may refuse to accept an order where: *goods are out of stock or no longer available *we cannot get authorisation for payment *there is a product or pricing error in the description of goods. If any of the above are applicable we will contact you to explain the situation. Prices and VAT All advertised prices include the current UK rate of VAT. All prices are subject to change without prior notice, however if due to circumstances beyond our control prices are incorrect we will notify you before despatch.
SHIPPING AND RETURNS
We will always attempt to deliver your order to you within 3 working days from time of despatch provided the items are in stock at the time of the order unless a longer delivery period is stated on the specific item page or we contacted you advising you of a delay. We do not pay for return carriage for any items whatsoever unless they were damaged or faulty at the time of delivery. We do not refund carriage charges unless the item was faulty or damaged at the time of delivery.
DELIVERY
We do ask you allow up to 3 working days for courier deliveries. If your goods still have not arrived after that time please e-mail us at sales@bmfautoparts.co.uk or call us on 0113 248 7214. Delivery cost start at £4.99 dependant on size and weight of the product. Please contact us for Scottish highlands and islands, Northern Island, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and over seas. We will always do our best to deliver your order within 3-5 working days from receipt of payment. This is provided the goods are in stock at the time of the order or we telephoned or emailed you advising you of a delay. We do not pay for return carriage for any items what so ever unless they were damaged or faulty at the time of delivery and we were advised immediately.
TRACK AND TRACE
After placing an order online, you will receive a confirmation email. Following this your order will be set to processing and then delivered once it has been despatched. After you receive the delivered notification via e-mail, you can telephone us for a consignment number if you like.
WARRANTIES
All parts are subject to the Manufacturers Warranties and/or Guarantees. Goods returned under warranty must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase and will be dealt with as a matter of urgency. Where necessary goods will be returned to the manufacturer for inspection and report. BMF can assume no responsibility for misuse or incorrect application by the user. BMF will not accept responsibility for carriage costs incurred in returning goods or for any fitting costs involved in warranty items. Where goods are returned to us, they should be accompanied by the senders invoice and name and address and a valid authorisation number. Where goods are alleged to be defective the purchaser agrees to return such goods for inspection and report (without us replacing the said goods prior to such inspection). The purchaser also accepts that it is reasonable to inform us of any problems before contacting independent third parties and incurring extra costs. This allows us to remedy the defect failure or interruption as third parties are often biased.
I RECEIVED THE WRONG PART
If you are unhappy with the goods that you have received please email us at sales@bmfautoparts.co.uk or telephone us to let us know. All goods are sold to the manufacturer's Conditions of Sale and Guarantee. Goods specially ordered cannot be returned for credit. We reserve the right to make a handling charge on goods returned against orders correctly executed.
MY GOODS HAVE ARRIVED DAMAGED
Please inspect goods upon receipt and notify us of any damage within 24 working hours by contacting us at sales@bmfautoparts.co.uk or calling 0113 248 7214. If the goods have been damaged in transit and are faulty then we reserve the right to replace the product. We will of course arrange a collection for the damaged parts and arrange a replacement ASAP. Please keep all packaging and do not try to fit the damaged parts.
IMAGES AND LIMITATIONS UPON LIABILITY
Some images shown on the site may not be the image for your specific, but more a generic image for illustration purposes only. Parts cannot be returned because of the image not matching. We aim to ensure that all information on our website is correct however we cannot be responsible for the use of the information given. Advise given by BMF staff is based entirely upon information given by the purchaser. All advice given is indicative only and in some cases shall amount to an opinion only.
