Please make sure that you check your items carefully before they are used or installed. We also recommend that you keep your receipt or order number, which can be found on your order confirmation or on the delivery packaging, as you will need it as proof of purchase in the event of any after-sales queries
You can return your purchase to us in its original condition within seven working days of the day after the date you received the item and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item - Please see our refunds policy below.

The goods must be unused and in a saleable condition. If the items were in a sealed package, the items MUST be unopened. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. Please note that we reserve the right to send back items to you that have been returned to us after seven days unless they are faulty. To ensure the safe return of your items and the correct allocation of the items to your order, please include a copy of the original invoice or a note stating the invoice number & your name and full address.
A non-refundable collection charge of £5.99 will be applied to all items if delivery is refused, or collection is requested, unless the product is faulty or does fit the description given

When you send your item back to us, we'll process the returned item then notify you via e-mail of your refund.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within three weeks of our receiving your return. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or, in accordance with our returns policy, because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us. BMF Auto Parts will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item.. Our refunds policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Please return your item(s) in original packaging and ensure the all packages are securely wrapped.
The customer is responsible for all postage costs for products returned under our Returns Procedure unless this has been Agreed by us.
All returns must be postage paid; return shipping charges are not refundable. All return orders must be packaged properly; we are not responsible for damaged returns that resulted from improper packing.
